12 drops of CBD GOLD with Ginger
1-1/2 cups of almond or coconut milk
1 herbal tea bag of your choice
1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice and Nutmeg
1-2 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup
1-2 Tablespoons of Honey, Maple
Syrup or other natural sweetener.
1. Heat almond or coconut milk until steaming in saucepan or microwave.
2. Add milk and tea bag to your cup, then steep for 5-7 minutes
3. Squeeze tea bag and discard.
4. Add maple syrup. Sprinkle with spices.
Makes a single serving of tea.
